Important Information for Exhibitors
Show Location:
The show will be held at the Embassy Suites Event Center in Plainfield, Indiana.
Exhibit Hours:
Exhibits will be open to registrants during the following dates and times:
- Thursday, September 24, 2026: 7:30 AM - 4:45 PM
- Friday, September 25, 2026: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Move-in and Installation:
- Date: Wednesday, September 23, 2026
- Time: 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM
Exhibit Area Access & Rules:
No exhibit material may be moved into or removed from the exhibit area during official show hours, except with written permission.
Admittance into the exhibit area at all times requires personnel to display an exhibitor badge, which will be provided.
Booth Staff Registration Policy
Your $650 booth fee includes one complimentary full conference registration. This individual will receive a badge and full access to the conference.
Important: If you plan to have more than one person staff your booth, additional registrations are required. Every individual working at your booth must be a registered attendee of the conference and wear a badge.
Example: If you list 5 names for booth staff badges:
- 1 registration is covered by your complimentary booth registration.
- 4 additional registrations must be purchased at the discounted exhibitor rate of $195.
Please ensure all your booth staff are registered to avoid any issues on-site.

ICASE Cancellation Policy: Cancellations before September 7, 2026 are subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellation fees are charged due to fixed costs per person already incurred by ICASE. No refunds for cancellations after September 7, 2026 (After September 7, 2026 you will be responsible for paying for the full fee. You are also able to send a replacement in your place.)
If you need to cancel your registration, you must email Jill Ewing @ jillewing@thecorydongroup.com with your request.
ICASE will charge a return check fee for checks (electronic or paper) that are returned. The fee will be the amount that is charged to ICASE.
