Membership
There are many reasons for special education administrators to join ICASE. Among the most important are:
Access to information
ICASE members have unique access to professional development and legal updates designed especially for special education administrators. These activities provide members with all the tools they need to assist students, teachers, parents and the community.
Networking
Through participation in regional discussion groups known as roundtables, ICASE members can remain current on special education issues and receive peer support for dealing with new challenges. Additionally, committees and conferences allow ICASE members to network with others from across the state.
Conferences
The annual Fall and Spring conferences feature a variety of speakers on pertinent topics. These well–attended events allow members the opportunity to engage in educational, topical, and social conversations relevant to special education.
